Scientifically enforced safety:
• Every batch of our snacks and staples is overseen by our Founder-cum-Chief Food Chemist (M.Tech, IIT Kharagpur, 1983) — one of India’s most experienced chemistry professionals.
• We conduct full certificate‑based testing in NABL‑accredited labs and maintain full traceability on:
– Heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic, chromium must not make the food a masked poison)
– Hazardous synthetic additives: no detectable levels of the mono‑azo dye Metanil Yellow (C₁₈H₁₄N₃NaO₃S)
– No detectable use of industrial synthetic colourants such as Erythrosine (Food Red 3: C₂₀H₆I₄Na₂O₅)
– No addition of MSG (monosodium glutamate).
Certification and transparency:
• Our operations and finished foods are certified under FSSAI regulations and tested in NABL‑accredited labs.
• We publish batch‑wise test certificates showing heavy‑metal loads well within FSSAI limits, and additive levels at or below accepted criteria.
